Comedy movies getting theatrical releases are rare, but the hope of reawakening their popularity is No hard feelings. However, if you don’t fancy venturing into theaters, Netflix US will be the film’s streaming home later in 2023.

The new movie of sony images stars The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence who plays Maddie, a down-on-her-luck woman that helicopter parents use to date their introverted 19-year-old son.

Gene Stupnitsky is directing and writing the new comedy and has been a veteran in the world of comedy for quite some time with various roles in titles like The office, good boys, bad teacher, and the recent comedy by Freevee jury duty.

Jennifer Lawrence leads the cast of the new comedy starring alongside Andrew Barth Feldman, Laura Benanti, Natalie Morales, Hasan Minhaj and Matthew Broderick.

The film began its theatrical exclusivity on June 23, 2023.


When No hard feelings be on Netflix in the US?

The R-rated comedy is coming to Netflix as part of the widely publicized release deal Netflix has with Sony Pictures. The deal stipulates that all movies starting in 2022 will hit Netflix US in the first window over a period of 18 months.

This first window has been different for every Sony movie that has hit Netflix, but for the most part, most movies have hit Netflix exactly 120 days after their initial theatrical release.

If that is true for No hard feelingswe will see the movie added to Netflix US on October 21, 2023.

Sometimes we’ve seen movies hit Netflix up to 180 days after their initial theatrical release date, which would put it in mid-December 2023.

Either way, we’ll have No hard feelings on Netflix US by Fall 2023.

Some of the other movies coming to Netflix from Sony’s slate include grand tourism, kraven the hunter, Sixty-fiveand The Pope’s Exorcist.


When No hard feelings be on Netflix internationally?

Yes, although when depends on where you live.

In India, you get new movies from Sony around the same time as in the US or even a bit earlier in some cases. That means we’ll likely see it added in October 2023.

Countries in Asia (such as the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and South Korea) get new movies from Sony about a year after release, which means they’ll stream them sometime in early to mid-2024.

Belgium, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Italy will also get the movie sometime in 2024, though likely in the second half of the year.

Netflix in the UK, based on current schedules, will receive No Hard Feelings in 2025 or 2026.
