The Single National Traffic Registry is also known as RUNT.

If you have not yet done so, the official page of the Single National Transit Registry clarifies that «Registration for the Runt is done in person before a transit agency and/or Territorial Directorate of the Ministry of Transport”.

The necessary documents are: the identity document (Citizenship ID, Identity Card, Civil Birth Registry and Immigration ID), pay the processing fee, make a biometric record and have personal data on hand.
