There’s always that golf shot that gets you back on the course, but sometimes there’s the one you want to forget it ever happened.
Former President Donald Trump had one of the latter kind, but it won’t be forgotten anytime soon, as it was caught on video.
Trump was playing on his Los Angeles field when he lined up what perhaps should have been a good hit-and-run, but the trajectory of the ball was not at all what he had envisioned.
Instead, he hit a dead leg.

«Trump is shooting right now. Let’s see if he can hit the green,» says the man recording the video. He didn’t hit the green.
«Oh, he stabbed him.»
Trump’s ball bounced off a hill next to a bunker in front of some bushes, leaving him not easily going up and down, which happens to the best of us.
Trump’s handicap is listed at 2.5, but he hasn’t posted a score in the USGA GHIN system since 2021. With shots like that, it’s hard to blame him.

However, those who have played him, including former LPGA golfer Annika Sorenstam, believe his handicap can go as high as 10.
Good news: a 10 is still nothing to sneeze at, and even the pros take a few shots too.
Trump has been an avid golfer for a while and recently supported the deal between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.

LIV will be at their Bedminster, New Jersey golf club from August 11-13. Trump attended the league tournament at the club last year.
The championship, for the second year since its creation, will be held at its Doral stadium in Miami.
