In addition to losing money, the Police alerted the personal community about the risk of losing data and the peace of mind of investors who fall for this scam. That is why they call on the population to be alert and not fall for this type of deception that can have serious consequences.
In the midst of the economic crisis, several people have fallen into this modality.
It is a scheme in which scammers share screenshots of the revenues that other people have supposedly obtained to convince new victims to invest their money.
Once the scammer has sweetened the victim’s ear, he shares a link to a page where they must register and share some personal information. Once you have registered, the scammer requests that you share your profile with him, in order to provide you with a Nequi account in which you must deposit the money you wish to invest.

According to the National Police, the mere fact of joining this page would already be configuring the crime of fraud, since people are being deceived with false information and leading them to invest their money in a business that does not exist.
