Caitlyn Jenner is once again criticizing President Biden for his proposal to broaden the scope of Title IX protection by broadening the meaning of sex discrimination to include gender identity.

In April, Jenner criticized Biden for «using this radical gender ideology by saying it’s just how you identify, it’s not your DNA.»

In a recent interview with OutKick’s Charly Arnolt, Jenner echoed her sentiments from two months ago.

Caitlyn Jenner, right, criticizes President Biden again.

“Joe Biden is trying to destroy women’s sports right now by adding biological men, trans women, to Title IX. It is very bad, ”he said.

Jenner, who won an Olympic gold medal in the men’s decathlon in 1976, is now a transgender woman, but has been outspoken that those born male should not participate in female sports.

«Joe Biden declared just a few weeks ago that he wants to change Title IX, which was established in the [1970s] for equity in women’s sports, primarily in the NCAA with scholarship programs, saying if the men’s team gets 10 soccer scholarships, the women’s team needs to get 10 soccer scholarships, which was fair. And it happened, it’s the law. And elevated women’s sport. Not only from a scholarship standpoint and getting a great education, but also from a women’s sports standpoint, it was a really good thing,» Jenner said on «Tomi Lahren is Fearless» in April.

The proposal has received widespread pushback from Republican leaders, as several states have continued to move forward with legislation to ban transgender athletes from competing in school sports that align with their gender identities.

Jenner said during an interview on Lance Armstron’s podcast, released Monday, that trans women competing in women’s sports put women in «a very uncomfortable position.»

«I’ve been very clear from the beginning: I’m talking about justice, not equity,» Jenner said. «Sport has to be fair. I want to protect women. I want to protect women’s spaces in sports. It puts women in a very uncomfortable position.»

twenty two states have regulations on transgender women in girls/women’s sports. Last month, Alabama banned biological males from participating in women’s college sports.

«Look, if you’re a biological male, you’re not going to compete in women’s and women’s sports in Alabama. This is about fairness, plain and simple,» Gov. Kay Ivey said. in a statement at the time.

Swimmer Riley Gaines has supported the bill «Save women’s sport», which passed the House 219-203 in April. All the «yes» votes came from the Republicans and all the «no» votes from the Democrats. However, Biden has said that he would veto the bill if it reached his desk.
