A couple of months ago, superstar LeBron James made a statement that some found shocking.

«Man Bronny is definitely better than some of these cats I’ve been seeing on League Pass today,» James wrote in March.

During a recent episode of Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George’s «P Podcast,» Chicago Bulls star DeMar DeRozan agreed with James.

«We’ve got a lot of sorry motherfuckers in the league, I’m going to be honest,» DeRozan said.

DeRozan also caught the attention of the players, who, in his opinion, don’t love playing basketball.

«Being in the league that long, you realize how many motherfuckers don’t love the game of basketball, that they take it for granted, that they feel so entitled, that they just want everything that comes with it, but they don’t not I want to push myself. It’s very frustrating. You know what I mean?

The six-time All-Star then reminisced about his early days in the NBA, when he had to pay his dues.

«Like, we played in an era where you had to win everything, so there were so many guys who thought they should be playing because their friend told them they were nice. And it’s like, ‘Bro, you’re no good, ‘so I definitely understood Bron’s point of view.»

George added to DeRozan’s point, saying, «There’s a fair amount of 450 of us. There’s a fair amount of 75 to 100, it sucks. They’re good guys though.»

Despite having its fair share of «regretful» players, the league is in the midst of its postseason, which has featured mostly competitive series.

However, Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals stood out notably as one of the less competitive contests. Jason Tatum and the Celtics overpowered MVP Joel Emiid and the Sixers to advance to the Eastern Conference finals.
